The mobile bulk sorting plant (MBSP) is a compact, turnkey, bulk ore sorting solution that is quickly and easily deployed to undertake pilot bulk sorting trials or to carry out full-scale bulk sorting for smaller mining operations.

Fully integrated MR technology
The MRA produces precise real-time grade measurements, at hundredreths of a percent, in seconds. Translating to sorting resolutions of less than half a tonne.

The MBSP includes power distribution option to switch from local grid electricity to diesel generated power easily.

Measures 100% of material
MR is a higly penetrative technology, measuring the full bed-depth of ore. Not just the surface. So there no need to wash or sceen ore before measurement.

Pilot programs
The MBSP has been successfully deployed to clients to provide rapid, real-world bulk ore sorting results to compliment implementation studies. With so many variables in play, a turnkey solution that can be set up in an isolated environment to ensure that it does not impact on day-to-day operations.

Stockpile reprocessing
The throughput capacity of the MBSP makes it ideal to be deployed in waste dump reprocessing applications, able to be integrated with a mobile crusher and fed by front end loader, the MBSP integrates seamlessly with the mobile fleet.

- 1x 50A diesel electric generator (for analyser)
- 1x CAT2.2 diesel hydraulic power pack (for conveyor drives)
- ELGI 5kW Compressor
- Vortex pneumatic diverter with Hardox400 lining
- Integrated transformer
Exclusions
Front end crushing and feed equipment using either:
- Mobile crusher, or
- Grizzly / feeder
